About the Space
This spacious oasis is centrally-located in Savannah's historic Victorian District. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is a beautiful private space located just a 10 minute walk from Forsyth Park. Take a stroll beneath the Spanish moss and grab some amazing brunch at The Collins Quarter Cafe, tour SCAD, or visit the farmer's market! Come enjoy this clean, quiet space and enjoy amenities like fresh towels and linens, WiFi, complimentary Keurig coffee, convenient self check-in, and so much more!

This historic home was built in 1900. It is newly renovated and offers plenty of historic charm and modern amenities. It includes 3 bedrooms. Each of the 3 bedrooms is furnished with a queen bed, desk and chair, and a Roku Smart TV. The Carrington bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and the Revere bedroom has a dinette table with two chairs. There is 1 completely redesigned full bathroom and an in-unit washer and dryer.
Enjoy the open concept living room that flows into the full kitchen is perfect for preparing light meals and includes a gas stove, oven, a fridge/freezer, microwave, and Keurig. It's stocked with cooking essentials like pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and mugs. There is no formal dining room, but there is a table with seating for 2 just outside the kitchen.
The home can sleep up to 6 people utilizing the 3 queen beds.

There are electronic keypads on the front doors for convenient self check-in. Please keep in mind this apartment is on the first floor of a multi unit building. It is possible that you may hear the guests upstairs at some point during your stay.
Parking: There is free, on-street parking available. This is very common in Savannah - if you decide to stay downtown, you will have a very hard time finding off-street parking. There is usually ample parking available, but it is first come, first served and there are no reserved spaces. We cannot guarantee parking spaces, or enough space for trailers, U-Hauls, boats, etc. Please be advised of weekly street cleaning - there are signs that indicate which day of the week the street cleaning is, and if you happen to stay during street cleaning, you can just park on the opposite side of the street.
Quiet Hours: This is a residential neighborhood. Please be advised that we ask all guests to respect 10PM quiet hours every night of the week. Any violations may result in a formal report on Airbnb or an early termination of your reservation.
Alcohol: Downtown Savannah has an open container policy (plastic only), which means you can walk around and drink downtown (limited to north of Park St). Bars are concentrated on West Congress St.
There is a $50 shipping fee for any items that you leave behind and need shipped back to you.
This Airbnb is pet friendly. There is a $100 pet fee if you decide to bring your pet along. We will request the pet fee directly through Airbnb the day you arrive. Please no cats! Pets cannot be disruptive to other guests or destructive to the home.
Any unapproved late checkouts may result in additional fees.
