House Rules

There is an electronic keypad on the front door for convenient self check-in.

Parking: There is free, on-street parking available. This is very common in Savannah - if you decide to stay downtown, you will have a very hard time finding off-street parking. There is usually ample parking available, but it is first come, first served and there are no reserved spaces. We cannot guarantee parking spaces, or enough space for trailers, U-Hauls, boats, etc. Please be advised of weekly street cleaning - there are signs that indicate which day of the week the street cleaning is, and if you happen to stay during street cleaning, you can just park on the opposite side of the street.

Quiet Hours: This is a residential neighborhood. Please be advised that we ask all guests to respect 10PM quiet hours every night of the week. Any violations may result in a formal report on Airbnb or an early termination of your reservation.

Alcohol: Downtown Savannah has an open container policy (plastic only), which means you can walk around and drink downtown (limited to north of Park St). Bars are concentrated on West Congress St.

There is a $50 shipping fee for any items that you leave behind and need shipped back to you.

This Airbnb is pet friendly. There is a $100 pet fee if you decide to bring your pet along. We will request the pet fee directly through Airbnb the day you arrive. Please no cats! Pets cannot be disruptive to other guests or destructive to the home.

Any unapproved late checkouts may result in additional fees.

Once upon a time in the picturesque city of Savannah, Georgia, a group of friends gathered to celebrate a milestone birthday. As they wandered through the enchanting streets lined with Spanish moss-draped oak trees and historic homes, they fell in love with the city's unique charm and warm southern hospitality.

Inspired, they founded Starland Stays, curating a collection of exceptional vacation rentals, each reflecting the city's unique character.

As Starland Stays grew, so did their commitment to providing an unforgettable experience for their guests.
