Offering accommodations for up to 21 guests with 9 bedrooms, 9 queen beds, 3 sleeper sofas, 4 full bathrooms, and a private fenced-in back yard. Come enjoy this clean, quiet space and enjoy amenities like fresh towels and linens, Roku Smart TVs, WiFi, free on-street parking, convenient self check-in, and so much more!
Starland District
Walking distance to many Savannah staples, including The Starland Yard, Two Tides Brewery, Back in the Day Bakery, The Atlantic, and so much more! It's about a 10 minute drive (or a cheap Uber ride) to River Street and about a 25 minute drive to Tybee Island

Parking: There is free, on-street parking available. This is very common in Savannah - if you decide to stay downtown, you will have a very hard time finding off-street parking. There is usually ample parking available, but it is first come, first served and there are no reserved spaces. We cannot guarantee parking spaces, or enough space for trailers, U-Hauls, boats, etc. Please be advised of weekly street cleaning - there are signs that indicate which day of the week the street cleaning is, and if you happen to stay during street cleaning, you can just park on the opposite side of the street.
Quiet Hours: This is a residential neighborhood. Please be advised that we ask all guests to respect 10PM quiet hours every night of the week. Any violations may result in a formal report on Airbnb or an early termination of your reservation.
Alcohol: Downtown Savannah has an open container policy (plastic only), which means you can walk around and drink downtown (limited to north of Park St). Bars are concentrated on West Congress St.
There is a $50 shipping fee for any items that you leave behind and need shipped back to you.
This Airbnb is pet friendly. There is a $100 pet fee if you decide to bring your pet along. We will request the pet fee directly through Airbnb the day you arrive. Please no cats! Pets cannot be disruptive to other guests or destructive to the home.
