The Space

This historic home was built in 1900. It is newly renovated and offers plenty of historic charm and modern amenities. It includes two 2-bedroom apartments.

DOWNSTAIRS: The first bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a Roku Smart TV. The second bedroom is smaller and is furnished with a daybed, twin-sized. Enjoy a full living room with a spacious trundle (a pull-out sofa that contains two twin-sized beds), a workspace, and a Roku Smart TV. This apartment can sleep 4 utilizing the queen bed, daybed and trundle.

There is 1 completely redesigned full bathroom with a tub and shower and an in-unit washer and dryer. The full kitchen is perfect for preparing light meals and includes a gas stove, oven, a fridge/freezer, microwave, and Keurig. It's stocked with cooking essentials like pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and mugs. There is no formal eating area, but there is a table in the living room with seating for 3.

There is usually ample parking available, but it is first come, first served and there are no reserved spaces. We cannot guarantee parking spaces, or enough space for trailers, U-Hauls, boats, etc. Please be advised of weekly street cleaning - there are signs that indicate which day of the week the street cleaning is, and if you happen to stay during street cleaning, you can just park on the opposite side of the street.

Quiet Hours: This is a residential neighborhood. Please be advised that we ask all guests to respect 10PM quiet hours every night of the week. Any violations may result in a formal report on Airbnb or an early termination of your reservation.

Alcohol: Downtown Savannah has an open container policy (plastic only), which means you can walk around and drink downtown (limited to north of Park St). Bars are concentrated on West Congress St.

There is a $50 shipping fee for any items that you leave behind and need shipped back to you.

This Airbnb is pet friendly. There is a $100 pet fee if you decide to bring your pet along. We will request the pet fee directly through Airbnb the day you arrive. Please no cats! Pets cannot be disruptive to other guests or destructive to the home.
