Located in Savannah's highly sought-after Starland District, you'll be surrounded by colorful historic homes, local murals, award-winning restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, boutiques, and live music venues. Walk to Starland Yard, Victory North, Two Tides Brewery, Big Bon Bodega, The Vault, and many of Savannah's most talked-about local favorites.
The layout is ideal for groups traveling together. Enjoy three fully equipped homes under one reservation, complete with three living rooms, three kitchens, three dining spaces, three laundry rooms, and three dedicated workspaces. Multiple families and friend groups can stay together while still enjoying their own private space.
One of the property's most unique features is its outdoor living experience. Three private fenced courtyards connect together, creating a rare gathering space where your entire group can spread out, dine outdoors, grill, enjoy drinks, and relax together after a day exploring Savannah. The large front porch provides another welcoming place to gather beneath Savannah's beautiful oak trees and warm Southern evenings.
Whether you're preparing breakfast before a day downtown, hosting a family meal, or enjoying late-night conversations after a wedding celebration, the three full kitchens are stocked with everything needed to make your stay comfortable and convenient.
When you're ready to explore, you're minutes from Forsyth Park, Savannah's Historic District, River Street, City Market, Plant Riverside District, and Tybee Island. The nearby free DOT Shuttle makes getting around downtown easy without needing a car.

✔ CHECK-IN - Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door.
✔ STAIRS - This is a 2-story triplex home with bedrooms on the 2nd floor, and steps leading up to the front porch. You must be able to climb stairs to access and enjoy this home.
✔ LUGGAGE - We’re happy to coordinate luggage drop-offs for guests with early arrivals.
✔ PARKING - There is free on-street parking available to guests on a first-come, first-served basis. There is usually ample parking available. Please note that we are unable to guarantee street-parking spaces, for trailers, U-hauls, boats, etc. If you need to park these vehicles, please make alternative arrangements.
✔ REMOTE WORK FROM HOME - There is free, high-speed Wi-Fi available, plus three dedicated home offices, and multiple laptop friendly surfaces throughout the home.
✔ FAMILY - Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a Pack ‘n Play/travel crib, highchair, plug socket covers, and baby-sitter recommendations – all upon request.

The Starland Arts District, located within the borders of the Thomas Square Streetcar Historic District, is one of Savannah’s most popular and fashionable emerging neighborhoods. The community is mixed, the architecture is Craftsman, and your journey awaits in Starland.
The district traces its history back over a period of more than a hundred years. Specifically, its origins lie in the founding of the Starland Dairy, a milk processing factory around which the rest of the neighborhood would develop over the course of several decades. In the early 20th century, development of both residential and commercial buildings took off, peaking in 1920 – the same year the street cars were removed. During the period, two-story homes, apartments, and single-family buildings were added. A number of architectural styles can be found in the area, including Queen Anne, Folk Victorian, Neoclassical Revival and Craftsman.
After World War II, the neighborhood shifted dramatically as wealthy residents filtered out and into the suburbs and beyond, and businesses left the area. 50 years later half the housing and more than half of the commercial structures in the community had become derelict or razed because of severely deteriorated conditions.
In 1999, two SCAD students had a vision for the area around the old Starland Dairy, which was in danger of being razed. They wanted to transform the old dairy, and the area around it, naming the area the Starland District. The restoration of the Starland District began in 2000 and is still a work in progress. The plan aimed to restore both its residential and commercial functions, creating a vibrant new art and design district that has since become a haven for local artists and musicians, and packed with the city’s best indie boutiques, cafés, shops, and even a brewery!
The area Queen Anne, Greek Revival and Craftsman-style homes continues to pique the interest of preservation buffs and tourists alike, bringing many newcomers to this trendy area. This is still a rapidly gentrifying area with a diverse population consisting of SCAD students, long-time Savannah locals, newcomers, and visitors like you. SCAD’s off-campus housing less than 2-blocks away at Victory Village. During the school year, you'll notice many SCAD students walking around, headed to their dorms or to class.
Victory North, Savannah’s premier venue for live music is just a short 2-block walk. Savannah's finest and funniest comedy group, Front Porch Improv, is literally around the corner – just a 2-block walk. Perfect for an evening out with friends. Starland Yard’s amazing food truck court is just a 5-minute walk and there are dozens of amazing dining options nearby - all less than a 15-minute walk.
The home is next door to a car lot, and while it may not be aesthetically pleasing, it should not impact your overall stay.

✔ BIKE RENTALS - Savannah is a Bronze Level Bicycle-Friendly Community as awarded by the League of American Bicyclists. If getting around on two wheels is your style, Sekka on Broughton St offers hourly and daily bike rentals, and Savannah On Wheels offers both bike rentals and bike tours.
✔ FREE TROLLEY - The DOT shuttle is a fare-free trolley service to help visitors and residents get around downtown Savannah. This free shuttle service runs every 10 minutes, with free Wi-Fi, and "hop on/hop off" service at any of 33 stops around the Historic District placing you within easy walking distance of more than 45 cultural attractions, local museums, and many popular shops, restaurants, and pubs. The nearest trolley stop is on Whitaker Street - just 2-blocks away!
✹ The Forsyth loop runs from East Victory Drive, north on Drayton Street, to Johnson Square on Bryan Street, and then south on Whitaker Street to West Victory Drive.
✹ The Downtown loop runs from East Liberty Street, north on Price Street - to Eastern Wharf – then north on Lincoln Street, to Congress Street, and south on MLK Jr. Blvd to West Liberty Street.
✔ UBER – There are plenty ride/share options too! It's quick and easy to catch an Uber or Lyft throughout the city. You can even schedule a pick-up time at the airport with Uber Reserve!
✔ PARKING - If you prefer to see the sites in the comfort of your own car there are 10 public parking garages throughout the Historic District, and of course, this neighborhood offers convenient and free on street parking should you rather explore the city on foot.
✹ DIVERSITY - This home is in a diverse, residential neighborhood and is ideal for guests seeking to enjoy an authentic Savannah experience.
✹ PETS - We are pet friendly, but please no cats. Please ensure your pet does not cause damage to the unit. There is a $150 pet fee if you decide to bring your pet along. We will request the pet fee directly through the booking platform the day you arrive, or you can select the pet fee when booking the home.
✹ QUIET HOURS - This is a residential neighborhood. We respectfully ask that you observe quiet hours from 10PM, every night of the week. Violations of this rule may result in a formal report filed on Airbnb or early termination of your booking.
✹ POTENTIAL FOR NOISE - This is a 100+ year-old craftsman-style triplex house in an urban downtown neighborhood. Built in 1920, the walls are thin and not soundproof. It is possible that you may hear noise at some point during your stay. If you are sensitive to noise, we highly suggest packing earplugs or utilizing a white noise app.
✹ STREET CLEANING - Street cleaning takes place weekly. The posted street signs will indicate which day of the week cleaning occurs. If you find street cleaning is occurring on a street on which you are parked, you may find alternate parking on an adjacent street where street sweeping is not taking place.
✹ OPEN CONTAINER POLICY - Downtown Savannah has an open container policy (plastic only) which allows you to walk around and drink (only) in the downtown Historic District, north of Forsyth Park. If you want to spend a night out on the town, West Congress Street is home to a high concentration of bars.
✹ FREE DOT SHUTTLE - Guests can use Savannah’s Free DOT trolley service to get around downtown Savannah. The nearest stop is just a short 2 block walk from the home, on Whitaker Street.
✹ LATE CHECK-OUT - Please get in contact with us should you require a late check-out, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Failure to notify us in advance of a late check-out may result in additional fees.
✹ ITEMS LEFT AFTER CHECK-OUT - Upon check-out, please check the home thoroughly for your personal belongings. A $50 shipping fee will be charged to ship items back to you.
✹ PEST CONTROL - The home benefits from regular pest control, but due to our beautiful southern weather and lush, leafy-green surroundings, you may occasionally encounter an outdoor bug.
