Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Here's what to expect if you need to cancel.
Cancelling 30+ days before check-in
Cancel 30 or more days before your check-in date and you'll receive a full refund, including all taxes.
Cancelling 14–29 days before check-in
If you cancel between 14 and 29 days before check-in, you'll receive a 50% refund, including full taxes.
Cancelling less than 14 days before check-in
If you cancel fewer than 14 days before check-in, you will receive a refund of the cleaning fee only.
